HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

In the scheme below you can find clarifications for the most important elements of a Product Detail Page. They can be either buttons, clickable text or simple ETA info: we suggest you read through them carefully to fully understand what you can do and find on this page.

 

IN-STORE PICKUP

Buy online, pick up in-store: you can purchase an item online and now have the option to go pick it up in a Diesel store of your choice. When you click on the "PICKUP IN-STORE" button, you'll see the list of stores in your country. You can also search by city or click on the pin icon to see a list of stores near you.

AVAILABLE IN 2-3 DAYS

If you see this yellow dot below a store's name, it means that the item is not immediately available in that store, so you'll need to wait 2-3 days before you can go pick it up. (You will get more precise info on the estimated date of delivery before the end of checkout.)

AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP TODAY

If you see this green dot below a store's name, it means that the item is already available in that store, so after you complete your online order you can go pick it up any time during you store's business hours.

ADD TO BAG FOR PICKUP

Once you've found the store that is most convenient for you, click the "ADD TO BAG FOR PICKUP" button to add the item to your shopping cart.

"AVAILABLE FOR SAME-DAY DELIVERY IN [CITY]"

 

When you see this green message on a product page, it means that you might have the chance to receive that item the same day you order it! Usually, that happens when you place your order by 3:00 pm on a business day, but please check on the specific product page for more precise info.

ADD TO BAG

If you prefer to have the item shipped to your house (or to another address of your choice) then simply specify the item details and then click on "ADD TO BAG". You'll find the item in your shopping cart.

A FEW TIPS:

• In general, quantities are limited and availability changes quickly on our website.
• Adding an item to your Bag does not mean it is reserved. Someone else may still snag the last available piece, so act fast!
• Please note that you may only purchase a maximum of five products in the same size and color.
